We have a cardio workout that is part of each of our classes. Cardio is an important part of healthy living, and is fundamental in stamina and strength. We offer a cardio program that is part of all of our classes.
Sessions involve a series of drills set to music which include shadow boxing, various types of kicks, push-ups, bag work, jumping jacks, shuffling, and punching/kicking combinations. There is no complicated choreography to learn, or sophisticated routines to memorize. Classes vary fromw eek to week, keeping you challenged and engaged. Unleash your inner Chuck Norris!
